The 10th of October is World Mental Health Day. This is a day to raise awareness of our need to take better care of our mental health, just like our physical health. Mental health can affect anyone on any day of the year, but the 10th October is a great day for us to show our willingness to promote our desire to improve mental health for everyone in our Trust.
Across PLT we will be engaging in a number of activities from raising awareness of the importance for better mental health, top tips on practical steps we can take to improve and maintain wellbeing including, making time for yourself, building positive relationships, and getting active.
